Returns Policy

Marshall and Pearson are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted or faulty items returned to us within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price on receipt of the item. Products must be returned to us in an unused state complete with all packaging and components. Refunds will be made via your original payment method. You will be responsible for the return postage of the product and therefore we suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing. Should products that are collect in store only, such as paint, be ordered n error and request made to refund there will be a 20% restock fee taken from refund amount.
